Building a smarter logistics network in Taiwan 

Coupang has launched its fourth smart fulfillment and logistics center in Taiwan, expanding the company’s advanced global logistics network. The new facility in Taoyuan City enables fast and reliable delivery while opening new pathways for brands, especially U.S. businesses, to scale internationally. As a U.S.-based company, Coupang continues to export American innovation overseas while investing in infrastructure that strengthens global supply chains and supports cross-border commerce. 

AI-powered logistics driving faster delivery 

At the core of Coupang’s expansion is its AI-driven logistics. By integrating robotics, machine learning, and end-to-end supply chain coordination across our global network, Coupang connects ordering, fulfillment, and delivery in a single synchronized system. This technology powers Rocket Delivery, which now reaches across approximately 70% of Taiwan’s geography, providing next-day delivery, including weekends, seven days a week.

Coupang’s fulfillment infrastructure improves delivery speed and enables access. By removing traditional barriers such as complex logistics, long shipping times, and high costs, Coupang makes it easier for U.S. companies to expand internationally. Investing in jobs and local economic growth 

Coupang’s new fulfillment center represents a significant investment in both technology and people. Coupang has invested in Taiwan across multiple phases, including the largest approved U.S. investment in Taiwan last year and the second-largest approved foreign investment overall.
