Noise Tech USA Corp. chose Coupang in April 2021 to drive more revenue, according to Jessica Choe, General Manager of Noise Tech. It was a wise decision, as Jessica and the Noise Tech team have seen their sales on Coupang jump more than 300% in the past three years.
“Coupang is the largest and most influential open market in Korea,” she said. “Today, we sell handbags, fashion, groceries, everyday necessities and vitamins of all kinds.”
Noise Tech and its four employees – based in Ridgefield, New Jersey – turn to Coupang to highlight its products and give it great exposure. “When a specific product is exposed on Coupang, sales volume increases dramatically,” she said. “Coupang maximizes sales through active promotion. Its strengths are the prices it offers to customers and its fast delivery.” Coupang has consistently contributed larger portions of Noise Tech USA’s sales in Korea each year, starting from single digits after its first year to up to 35% this year.
Jessica adds, “Because of Coupang and our overall growth in the Korean market, we’ve been able to expand our team and hire new employees.”
