Woo-ram Choi has delighted customers for six years as a Coupang Friend, always delivering their orders with professionalism and efficiency. In addition, he is an avid futsal and baseball player, as well as a marathon runner. He also loves watching films and plays, visiting theaters whenever he gets a chance. Just where does he find the time to do it all?

“After I switched to Coupang’s night shift, I’ve enjoyed the best work-life balance,” said Woo-ram. “I go to work at 9:30 PM and work until 7:30 AM, so there are lots of things I can do after finishing work in the morning.” He likes to engage in athletic activities after work, which still leaves his afternoons free for matinées and other leisurely events. “In the past, I could maybe watch one play a month, but now I’m watching plays and movies whenever I have the time,” he said.

Thanks to Coupang’s work-life balance and generous salary, Woo-ram has been able to live his life to the fullest. “It’s been 6 years since I’ve been at Coupang, and I can earn money, build my career, and still enjoy plenty of personal time,” said Woo-ram. “That’s why I’ve stayed at Coupang for so long. I’m able to enjoy my life a lot more.” He added, “My satisfaction level is 10 out of 10!”
